The Beauty of Healing Within

You know healing can be ugly, but there is beauty that comes from it at the same time. When we begin our healing journey we make a choice to let go of the ick and the things that hold us back. But true healing begins when we go really deep within, this is where people tend to get stuck. So I am here to say that there is beauty at the end of the tunnel.

The Beauty Way

When I was taking the Medicine Wheel Course, I learned a Shamanic Principle and that was the Beauty Way. For a while I never fully understood it, until now. We choose to see the beauty in everyone and everything that is around us. In today's episode I go further into that, plus a deeper understanding of darkness. Understanding the darkness within.

The Beauty of Shadow Work
