Spiritual Codependency

Let’s take a moment and talk spiritual codependency. We may not think about it, however when we are on our spiritual journey we tend to look for anyone who can help us. We look for mentors, psychics, coaches, anyone with the answers we seek. Sometimes we tend to forget about ourselves and our own intuition. We become dependent on someone else for the answers and to help push us in the direction. Should we get in this relationship, should we move here, should we take that job, etc etc.

This is where I was for a while, I was scared to make my own decisions, what if I made the wrong one. What if I made a mistake. When it’s the mistakes that help us find our path.

This is where I started changing directions with my coaching! I wanted to create programs that empowered others, to make their decisions to stand in their own power. When you work with me I create a program that works for you not to create codependency with me. My goal is for you to walk your own path, make your own decisions, find your strength, create the life you love.
