Breaking the Silence

Where do i even begin, it's been a while and let me just say... I have been doing a lot of healing in that time. The one thing I am doing, is I am no longer being silent, I have held in so much, but I am ready to share with you guys. So that not only can you see you are not alone, but to help you heal and work through your truama's and ancestral patterns. 

I am beyond grateful for all of you as you continue to heal and grow with me and support me on my own journey. So here's to us taking back our lives and being silent no more.
